ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role leads the production of original content for the Creative Services team.
Owning the creative production of film, motion and photographic content working with internal creative teams and external suppliers to drive a flawless execution and a best in class creative production service for Marshall Group
It is responsible for delivering original assets and adaptions as part of delivering campaign toolkits for the entire marketing mix and all distribution channels.
The scope is inclusive of working closely and leading other content production specialists within the Creative Services department.
It is accountable for the project management of creative content production through pre-production, production and post production; delivering lifestyle / still life assets, product photography, e-com photography, branded short & long form content and tutorial film content.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage multiple projects and campaigns through the full production cycle to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in line with agreed objectives
- Leading content production specialists
- Define project scope, timelines, priorities, deliverables and resources
- Work with Marshall Groups legal and culture team to facilitate and implement necessary legal documentation for production of shoots and incorporation of talent
- Create and maintain creative plans, shoot plans and briefs to ensure timely submission of all creative deliverables
- Drive and lead in-house production projects, developing in-house capabilities, identifying opportunities to further improve creative production service and driving efficiencies connected to creative output
- Lead and manage internal and external creative partners (i.e. photographers, videographers, copywriters, designers, developers, vendors, translation agency etc.) to ensure projects are managed and executed effectively
- Present creative production check-ins clearly, accurately, and professionally to stakeholders
- Set up processes for secure file storage and manage our brands asset bank, ensure our content is up to date
- Organize & build resources related to asset creation
- Integrate the needs of content from internal stakeholders
- Liaise between the internal creative team and external production teams
- Develop risk & contingency plans
- Provide analysis of asset creation successes
- Manage budget & timeline while staying on target validating and tracking to ensure they are within allocated project and cost centers
- Audit of production suppliers
- Keep the organisation updated on brand roadmap projects production progress through internal Monday.com status board
- Support the other agile networks and project leads in Creative Services as needed
- Support Packaging Team with production of creative photographic and 3D rendered assets
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- 8+ years of experience in producing and managing creative projects for marketing/advertising/digital platform
- Experience managing teams, directing workflow, delegating tasks
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in creative production processes in a fast-paced digital environment
- Experience working with a Tech, Lifestyle or similar consumer brand
- or content platform
