Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Supplier Quality Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Plan, coordinate, direct, monitor, and organize production quality activities at our suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for supplier quality issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee quality activities at supplier sites, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate the availability of necessary resources internally and at supplier locations to facilitate project execution.
  • Manage customer testimonials at supplier sites, primarily via remote communication tools such as Teams, Zoom, or similar.
  • Collect, review, and maintain quality documentation, including test plans, certificates, and instructions, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Continuously track and report on the status of the project’s 20-40 suppliers, identifying potential risks and issues early.

What you bring:

  • Engineering degree in mechanics, electrical engineering, power engineering, process engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Swedish is highly desirable.
  • Experience or training related to the design, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, and/or Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured and cooperative approach to teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude in driving projects forward.
  • Previous experience in a quality organization is highly valued.
  • Professional experience in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in project quality management or a similar role.
