Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Contract Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Drive project execution with a strong emphasis on contract management and negotiation to ensure commercial success.
- Coach and support employees navigating changes in their daily responsibilities and assignments.
- Establish and adapt the contract administration framework, including the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the customer alongside financial project tracking.
- Collaborate with clients to quickly understand and staff the work packages under your responsibility, ensuring ongoing monitoring of deliverables.
- Ensure the availability and allocation of resources with the appropriate skill sets, utilizing both internal resources and external networks as needed.
What you bring:
- Previous experience managing large consultancy contracts for international clients.
- A robust commercial background with demonstrated skills in contract management and negotiation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships and provide employee coaching.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage contract administration and reporting processes efficiently.
- Experience and understanding of industrial projects.
- Willingness to visit both customer offices in Stockholm at least twice a week.
