Ericsson AB Join our Team About this opportunity: As a Manager in the PLM SA HW Flow, you will own the overall operation of your team and be part of the PLM SA HW Flow Leadership team. You will guide, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations while securing technology leadership and foster an innovative and learning culture. You will drive competence development and dimensioning of competence in the team to align to present and future technologies and product needs. You will also own the HW PLM solution backlog and together with our Stakeholders prioritize the backlog.  What you will do: •    Drive Competence Development to secure all needed competences for product development •    Together with your team and the different stakeholders in HW design flow agree and prioritize the development of Ericsson HW PLM system •    Develop and own the Architecture and Solution for Ericsson HW PLM system  •    Support the transformation of the HW Flow to ensure optimal efficiency and TTM •    Translate Ericsson strategies into unit strategy and actions •    Create a productive work environment and ensure execution of work •    Manage Resource and Workforce planning and recruitment •    Drives Individual Performance Management  •    Manage Pay, Rewards & Recognition •    Be responsible for unit cost management •    Drive performance of the unit including continuous improvements and change •    Ensure the wellbeing of the team •    Act as coach/mentor in certain areas upon requirement •    Act as an interface towards stakeholders and vendors •    Ensure good collaboration with other units and Stakeholders. •    Contribute and drive internal efficiency, cost effectiveness via new or alignment of existing ways of working, across all other design sections and within own design governance •    Act as the chair and participate in steering groups inside organizations or towards external suppliers •    Be an active contributor within the PLM SA HW Flow Leadership Team •    Actively participating in the teams daily task and activities The skills you bring: •    Strong leadership skills in line with Ericsson core values and leadership framework •    Strong experience in Hardware development •    Sound experience leading people and technology  •    Solid skills in communication and in handling relations with genuine interest in people •    Result oriented with a strong product development background •    Solid experience of leading a multitude of interfaces •    Interest and good understanding of the concepts of Lean and Agile ways of working •    Ability to work and cooperate across organizational boundaries •    Large degree of flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks. •    Find it stimulating to work with change management and teamwork/cooperation across the organizations. •    Excellent English skills in both writing and conversation is a must •    Bachelors' University level education
