Your mission As the Global R&D Manager for the Software Platform organization, you will together with the other two platform managers, lead the development of the Epiroc Automation Platform (HW/SW).   In this role, you will: •    Lead an organization of 60 people. First line managers lead 1-2 agile teams with focus to develop SW platforms •    You will lead the development of SW platforms that enable innovation and increase development speed for our application teams.  •    In this role, you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand expectations for the software platforms.You will also have collaborations with external partners, universities and consultancies.  •    You'll collaborate with diverse skill sets to develop software platforms that drive innovation and accelerate development for our application teams. •    Develop the agile way of working will be an important focus area. •    You will be part of the Automation management team led by VP Automaton •    Develop and nurture the agile way of working within your teams, ensuring alignment with Epiroc's values of Commitment, Collaboration, and Innovation. •    Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where all team members feel valued and included. Experience in platform development is required for this role.
