We are looking for a passionate person to join our direct-to-consumer product team and help us build data and AI products that aim to maximize customer lifetime value and ultimately drive profitable growth in a sustainable way.

As a Business Translator:

• You will work with business analysts and experts in the Direct To Consumer domain to understand the strategic needs of the business, identify and structure opportunities that can be solved through Data & AI products, and you will translate the need into possible new use cases in both business and technical languages.
• Your daily challenges include analyzing commercial and consumer data, obtaining key information using document analysis, requirements, research, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analytics, task and workflow analysis.
• You will communicate and collaborate with teams to analyze information and functional requirements and deliver analytical artifacts and solutions.
• You will collaborate with product owner(s), product architect(s), data and visualization engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts/business analysts to determine the technical vision and evaluate trade-offs between usability and performance requirements.
• You will aggregate existing Electrolux data and external sources and transform hypotheses and methodologies into relevant metrics and applications, together with D&A Engineering and Data Science teams develop bespoke solutions to link data, display in specific layouts, store, locate and retrieve data and information using appropriate infrastructure and tools.

WHO ARE YOU AND YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Bilingual: You understand both business and technical language and naturally act as a translation bridge between the two, i.e. explain technical concepts and building blocks of the product in business-friendly language and vice versa.
• Excellent collaborator & communicator: You have a proven ability to create strong cross-functional relationships with different business partners, which fosters a strong sense of "we are all in it together".
• Data analysis – You are enterprising, curious, persistent and strategic and have very good experience from previous analysis work, working with different analysis tools.
• Data-driven – You leverage natural data and drive optimization; You have a strong analytical mind. You have experience in coordinating analytics and data science projects and teams.
• Agile - You are used to working in agile teams, have a sense of urgency, analyze and adapt to different situations, quickly understand changes and react confidently and decisively. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a hunger for constant learning.

EXPERIENCE:

• Academic degree in (corporate) computer science or equivalent education
• 5 years+ of experience in the field of data-driven analytics, working as a business translator, business analyst or developer
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, SQL, and understanding of AI/ML use cases for D2C
• Good understanding of system integration concepts
• Critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills
• Forward-looking work style, ability to work in teams and high commitment
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English, all other languages are a plus
