…and we shape the digital future for Hedin Mobility Group - one of Europe’s leading mobility enablers with 12,500 employees across 14 countries. We are building the Hedin Insight Enterprise Platform – a modern, group-wide data and analytics platform designed to connect business needs, data, and decision-making at enterprise scale. We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team.
Let us tell you more about the role!As our Business Analyst, you will contribute to the continued development of BI across Hedin Mobility Group. The role is about understanding business needs, shaping the right solutions, and making sure data, reporting, and insights support decision-making in a practical and relevant way across the organization.
You will lead business analysis for Retail, helping shape solutions that meet business needs and fit into a broader enterprise context. While Retail is your main area, you will collaborate closely with Business Analysts in other parts of the business to create consistency, share knowledge, and strengthen how we work with analytics across the group. You will also remain hands-on, creating dashboards and reports, and using clear communication to turn data into better decisions.
Your responsibility will entail:
Translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and technical specifications for BI development.
Facilitating backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning to ensure focus on high-value initiatives.
Designing and developing advanced dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making across the business.
Working closely with senior stakeholders to turn data into relevant insights, recommendations, and decision support.
Promoting best practices in business analysis, data visualization, testing, validation, and governance.
Making sure BI solutions are robust, secure, and built to support both current needs and long-term goals.
We believe you are self-driven, confident in stakeholder dialogue, and able to create structure and momentum in a changing environment.
You know when to zoom in on the details and when to step back and challenge the bigger picture. You are also comfortable navigating shifting priorities and situations where not everything is clearly defined from the start.
To succeed in this role, you likely have:
Around 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or a similar field.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder dialogue, documentation, and translating business needs into BI solutions.
Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development in tools such as Power BI or similar.
Solid knowledge of DAX, Power Query/M, SQL, and dimensional data modelling such as star and snowflake schemas.
Experience in performance optimization, testing, validation, and ensuring data quality in BI solutions.
A strong understanding of data governance, security, and access control.
Experience of working in agile teams, managing priorities, and driving initiatives forward across functions.
