BR Technologies AB is looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to work for one of our clients.
This role is critical in advancing network services for cloud infrastructure, data centers, and local networks across Europe.
You will be responsible for driving the digital transformation efforts of the client and ensuring reliable and scalable network systems.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and innovative network services.
As part of the IT Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for continuously improving the services and technologies in line with the client's business needs and modern security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance network services, ensuring they align with the client's business needs and meet security standards.
- Manage services delivered by strategic partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and security requirements.
- Handle budgeting and provide regular financial follow-ups.
- Coordinate and prioritize ongoing operational activities.
- Ensure all services are technically documented with comprehensive service descriptions.
Your Profile:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in managing network services in large-scale IT environments.
- Solution and development-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service management.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a self-motivated attitude.
- Excellent communicator, capable of sharing knowledge and leading cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and team collaboration.
- Educational background in IT or a relevant technical field.
Additional Skills (Advantageous):
- Familiarity with Microsoft DHCP, DNS.
- Experience with SD-WAN.
- Knowledge of IT security measures and protocols.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven expertise in WAN (Wide Area Network) management.
Work Conditions:
- Based in Sweden with remote work options available.
