Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Development Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Development of injection molded parts, packaging, and labels.
• Creating and managing the development of serially produced products.
• Understanding complex product and module requirements.
• Making data-driven decisions throughout the development process.
• Investigating and writing test plans.
• Performing calculations and establishing tolerances on drawings, collaborating with suppliers on fixture and measurement plans for injection molded dilution plates.
• Evaluating and testing molded goods.

What you bring:

• Proficiency in 3D-CAD, preferably with surface modeling experience in Creo.
• Relevant experience in the life sciences industry.
• Strong ability to contribute to planning activities.
• Independence and ownership in managing processes, projects, and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to lead designers and collaborating with team members.
• Knowledge and experience in Six Sigma methodologies.
