We Are Currently Looking for Wire Harness Assemblers for the Automotive Industry

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented wire harness assembler to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions for the automotive industry. The role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting wire harnesses to ensure the quality and functionality of our products. You will work closely with designers, purchasers, and production staff in a stimulating and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembling wire harnesses with components such as connectors, cable protection, and heat shrink tubing.
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Testing and troubleshooting wire harnesses to ensure functionality.
• Ensuring high quality and precision in production.
• Flexible work with prototype builds and small production series.

Qualifications

1. Technical Skills

• Understanding of electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using tools such as crimping tools, stripping tools, and soldering irons.

2. Quality and Precision

• Strong attention to detail to avoid errors and deliver a reliable end product.

3. Experience and Education

• High school diploma in electrical/electronics or equivalent.
• Previous experience in wire harness manufacturing is highly desirable.

4. Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and other departments.
• Flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
