Job Description

We are looking for a committed and business-driven Logistics Manager who wants to optimize and develop our logistics processes to a new level and support TT in our heat pump business growth. We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager who is driven by streamlining and optimizing the entire logistics chain, both internally (Tranås plant, production network, sales regions) and externally with our customers and suppliers. You are a confident leader with a coaching approach who achieves planned goals through good collaboration with your team and other functional stakeholders. You lead a group of about 50 people covering production, material planning, export sales planning and warehouse management and you will report to the Plant Manager located in Tranås.

• You will be responsible as TraP/LOG for the logistics operations in the heat pump production plant in Tranås.
• The area of responsibility includes the full scope of tasks from daily deviation management to long term strategic planning.
• Furthermore, you will be able to demonstrate your skills in managing a wide variety of complex tasks within the logistics area.
• You will work together with your teams on site, as well as with colleagues in the TT-ES organization and in the IPN network.
• Last but not least, you will lead the project SMILE (Smart Mature Integrate Logistics for Electric solutions) to significantly reorganize TraP logistics with general concepts for Electric solutions to leverage heat pump growth in our production network.

Qualifications

• Education: completed studies in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Personality: confident in the role as a leader with a good ability to communicate and enthuse
• Working Practice: strategic and analytical, good at daily routines work and implementing changes, way of working characterized by high energy and a positive attitude with your own drive and initiative as well as confident working within an international organization
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in production logistics in a similar position, preferably in an international industrial company
• Enthusiasm: You are a strong leader today, and willing and motivated to continue the journey.
• Languages: fluent in English spoken and written, Swedish and German is a plus
