About the role:

Our R&D team in Stockholm is now looking for a Data Analyst. As a Data Analyst at TSS, you will work on developing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making across the business. You will play a key role in providing data-driven insights and creating reports that guide our strategy and operations.

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive individual who can take the initiative and work independently. You are results-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality outputs. To thrive in this role, you will also need strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.

What you will do:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets from various sources to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored data solutions.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational performance.
• Develop data models and maintain data quality to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Support the R&D and Development teams by providing data-driven recommendations to optimize processes and decision-making.
• Present data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or in a related role.
• Proficient in SQL (MySQL, MSSQL) and experienced in BI tools and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• A background in statistical analysis or predictive modeling is a merit.
