We are seeking business-oriented and inquisitive data experts to help our clientsubdomains become data-driven. You will act as a bridge between the data team and the business, spending 80-90% of your time within the business subdomains (T/C/W).

The role primarily involves Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and experimentation with datasets. When stakeholders have questions, the Data Analyst (DA) will assist by querying the relevant datasets and creating Power BI dashboards to visualize the insights.

Additionally, metadata enrichment is a key responsibility. We have several datasets that lack proper documentation, so the DA will need to collaborate with subdomain business SMEs to complete the data catalog in Unity Catalog.

Some high-level data engineering tasks are also expected. For instance, the DA may need to transform multiple tables within the Databricks Unity Catalog to create aggregated tables necessary for analysis.

Moreover, the DA will be responsible for building Databricks Genie Rooms for stakeholders.

To succeed in the assignment as a Data Analytics Expert, we would like you to demonstrate strong communication skills, enabling you to clearly articulate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, your problem-solving ability will be crucial in troubleshooting issues and finding effective solutions using data. Finally, a team-oriented mindset is essential, as you will be working closely with both the data team and business stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
