Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. At the same time there is an intense collaboration on-going within R&D in the Traton context.  Here the department Product development IT (IR) plays an integral part as responsible for providing the coming Traton Group R&D with IT-applications. We are now looking for a dedicated and ambitious colleague with a high level of integrity, that would like to contribute as an assistant to both the management team of IR and all the employees and group managers within the department. Your role  You will have varying administrative responsibilities and work close with the management team of IR, the group managers within IR and all employees in the department. Your task is to stay one step ahead and provide oil to our business machinery when and where needed. We collaborate in a value flow context with the department EYM which entails close collaboration and load balancing possibilities with assistants from them. You will also take part in an assistant network where you share experiences, learn and inspire each other. Your main responsibilities will include;  • Actively participate in IR management team meetings • Execute varying assignments connected to the IR management team, alone or together with colleague(s). • Develop existing and create new working methods that helps us become more efficient (routines, instructions, information)  • Cater for a smooth on-boarding process for new employees and consultants • Place orders for e.g. authorisations, entrance permissions and IT equipment for the personnel within IR Your profile You possess a strong will to provide support on a high service level to others within the department. This in combination with strong interpersonal skills will enable a successful result. You enjoy administrative duties and are skilled at handling various tasks effectively. While you value teamwork, you are also self-motivated and quick to adapt and learn new ways of working.  You are proactive, flexible, curious and enjoy spreading joy at work. Your background includes experience in a similar context , where you consistently delivered services of exceptional quality. Proficiency in both English and Swedish along skills are required. Moreover you have high knowledge in Office 365. Experience with support systems like IGA, Scania Now, and P2P is highly beneficial.
