About the role HR plays a significant role in shaping the culture and future of our growing company. As HR/People Lead you will be responsible for the operational and strategic HR agenda in Sweden and Norway, supporting managers in aligning their business objectives with our People strategy. The role is both hands-on and strategic and you will be responsible for driving the HR agenda in your local Business Units together with local Management. Together with your colleagues across Adapteo Groups HR Team play an active role in taking part in and driving group-wide development projects within the HR/people domain, securing the implementation of our common People Agenda.

Your location will be in Solna, Sweden. Under normal circumstances travelling is required occasionally primarily to our sites around Sweden and Norway. The role will be reporting directly to the Adapteo Group CHRO, Simon Persson, and in a dotted line to the Managing Director of Adapteo Sweden, Ola Skogö.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with business leaders on strategic and operational level within all aspects of HR and drive the people agenda within your designated departments/locations.
  • Labor law and collective agreements as well as conducting trade union negotiations for our Swedish and Norwegian entities.
  • Be part of the Swedish management team and work closely with the CEOs of Sweden and Norway.
  • Be a oart of Adapteo Groups HR-leadership team and in close collaboration with CHRO and other HR/People Leads across Adapteo drive Adapteos people agenda forward.
  • Ownership and operational delivery of HR processes (Performance Management, Salary Revision, Recruitment, Work environment, Rehabilitation, Labor Law etc.) in your Business Units
  • Playing a key role in leading and contributing to HR-development initiatives and projects, ensuring successful implementation across the organization, both locally and at group level that support the company's growth and culture.

You are comfortable handling both strategic and operational tasks. An ability to manage rapid changes is crucial. You should be able to switch perspectives quickly and reprioritize.

You are results-oriented and can easily navigate an organization thanks to your receptiveness and ability to build relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 7–10 years of solid HR experience from a broad qualified HR-role including at least five years in charge of HR and managing the HR cycle fully.
  • A university degree with emphasis on HR or business administration.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred, ideally with prior experience in a growth-oriented company where you have creatively built new structures and processes within HR.
  • Experience in successfully managing HR functions across multiple countries at the Nordic level.
  • Great HRIS skills and you have a strong interest and understanding of digital and technical tools. Experience with CatalystOne HRIS is meriting.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative within the framework of business-oriented HR work.
  • Excellent language skills in Swedish and English and other languages will be an asset for you.
