Through our (Re)Activation Cloud®, we call the players to promote our client’s platforms while making sure they play responsibly. 💚 We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking (Bilingual) Reactivation Sales Agent to join our Sales Team in Gzira, Malta. What you’ll be doing: Outbound calling (B2C) to inactive players; Representing different casino and sportsbook brands; Understanding players' needs and expectations; Promoting current bonus campaigns, if applicable; Introducing new games, features, payment methods, and any other relevant updates on iGaming platforms; Reaching the goals and targets set together with your country manager; Guiding players through the website, if necessary. What you'll bring: You are a Norwegian native speaker & you speak another language and have conversational in English; You are natural at engaging and leading conversations; You are interested in sports and online casinos; You have sales capabilities.
