Energy Save is a growing green tech company in the heat pump industry and offer products, systems and services aimed at energy savings. The core products are based on the latest heat pump technology and all companies in the group plays an active part in the product development for the European market. Besides actual products we also offer service and different digitized tools and services.

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Go-to-market Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives for our products and services. The role will pull together all departments including marketing and sales, product development, operations and Finance to ensure that our product launches are timely and met with great response from the market. This role is new at Energy Save and the hired candidate will have the opportunity to shape this discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of product development, marketing, sales, and distribution plans.

• Partner with the marketing team to leverage their expertise in executing marketing-related activities, including product positioning & messaging, advertising, branding, and digital campaigns

• Take charge of the launch roadmap by ensuring team clear functions and collaborating with market partners to build key communication opportunities alongside it. You will be in charge of securing deliverables and quality in the project.

• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives and adapt strategies accordingly

Required skills and experiences

• Relevant studies in the field of business and marketing or comparable work experience

• Experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles

• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in competitive markets

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a deadline-driven environment.

• You excel in stakeholder management, able to communicate insights with clarity and in􀏐luence decision-making

• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation skills

• Experience working in the energy or technology industry is a merit. We also believe that experience from sales, purchase or product development can be beneficial.
