Job Summary

Are you goal oriented and have a passion for driving change while being customer centric?

We are looking for a driven Business Expert to join the Sales Management team in Market Group North Europe. In this role you will own key commercial processes and drive their continuous improvement to make the sales organization more productive, disciplined and effective. You will play a central role in strengthening business routines, improving use of tools and reports, and enabling higher quality execution across the sales organization.

In this position you will contribute to both strategic development and operational excellence across the market.

The position is located in Lund, Sweden.

Please kindly note that Tetra Pak is not supporting relocation for this position.

What you will do

• Own selected commercial processes end to end and ensure they run with consistency, quality and clear accountability
• Drive continuous improvement in tools, reports and ways of working to increase productivity and simplify execution for the sales team
• Strengthen process discipline across areas such as forecasting, account planning, CRM, CPQ, Value selling, customer experience (CX) and master data
• Monitor process performance and key business KPIs, identify gaps and drive actions that improve execution quality
• Prepare business insights, analysis and decision support materials that help leaders and teams act with clarity
• Enable stronger adoption of tools and processes by translating changes into practical ways of working for the business
• Act as a key link between business needs and process development, ensuring improvements are relevant and useful in day-to-day sales work
• Support the sales organization in raising the quality of data, planning and commercial follow-up

We believe you have

To be a successful candidate you should hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or another relevant field. You have experience from sales operations, commercial excellence, business support or similar business-facing roles. You have strong business understanding and a proven ability to take ownership of processes and improve them over time. Your communication and presentation skills are strong, and you combine analytical capability with a structured way of working. You are proactive, solution oriented and comfortable working across systems, data, process ownership and stakeholder follow-up. You know how to move between operational detail and the bigger business picture, and you are confident in challenging existing ways of working to make them more effective. You are curious as an individual and work collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.

You are fluent in both written and oral English.
