Survey Technician / Survey Engineer – Precisiona AB

Precisiona AB is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Survey Technician / Survey Engineer to join our team. We work on a wide range of construction and civil engineering projects and are seeking a professional who can contribute technical expertise, commitment, and strong problem-solving skills.

About the Position

As a Survey Technician / Survey Engineer at Precisiona AB, you will be responsible for setting out, surveying, quantity calculations, verification measurements, and technical documentation within construction and civil engineering projects.

You will work both independently and in close collaboration with project managers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure accuracy and quality throughout the various stages of each project.

Our projects are primarily based in the Stockholm area, but assignments may also take place in other locations throughout Sweden. Therefore, candidates must be flexible and willing and able to work outside Stockholm when required.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience as a Survey Technician or Survey Engineer within the construction or civil engineering industry.
• 
  
• Relevant technical education, such as a degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a vocational qualification in surveying or geodesy.
• 
  
• Good understanding of construction processes and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
• 
  
• Experience with modern surveying instruments and related software.
• 
  
• A valid Category B driving licence.
• 
  
• Good communication skills in Swedish or English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are considered an advantage:

• Experience working on infrastructure and large-scale civil engineering projects.
• 
  
• Knowledge of CAD, BIM, SBG Geo, MS Office, and AMA (Swedish construction specifications).
• 
  
• Experience with GNSS, total stations, and laser scanning, preferably using Leica or Trimble equipment.
• 
  
• Experience with quantity surveying, measurement-based quantity verification, and machine control systems.
