This is an exciting opportunity to take a central role in a major product launch within the automotive industry. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies, you will turn an established strategy into successful execution, ensuring that every detail comes together and the launch stays on track.

About the position

Perido are looking for a Marketing Management Manager for our client, a large and well-known company in the automotive industry. The position is located in Gothenburg, where the work takes place on-site in the office.

Your daily tasks

This is an execution-focused project management role, where you will coordinate the execution of an upcoming launch. The launch strategy and agency selection have already been completed. Your role will be to turn the agreed plans into coordinated execution: bring together Product, Legal, MarCom, agencies and other stakeholders, maintaining timelines, following up on commitments and ensuring that risks and issues are addressed promptly. Embedded in the MarCom team, you will provide the structure and follow-through needed to keep the launch on track.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional launch activities, ensuring milestones, deliverables, responsibilities and deadlines are clearly defined and followed up.
• Act as the main coordination contact for agencies, monitoring progress, deliverables and approval processes.
• Organise project meetings, document decisions and actions, and keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Identify risks, delays and dependencies, proactively following up and escalating issues when needed.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Head of MarCom.
• Coordinate operational preparations and on-site activities for the launch event, ensuring smooth execution and resolving practical issues.

Your characteristics

To succeed in this role, you are highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and activities simultaneously. You are confident in driving projects forward, following up on deadlines and ensuring that everyone takes responsibility for their deliverables. You communicate clearly, build strong working relationships and remain calm and focused when priorities shift or challenges arise. You are also comfortable taking initiative, identifying potential risks early and making sure things get done.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing cross-functional marketing, communications or product launch projects
• Strong agency coordination skills and experience working with multiple internal stakeholders
• Excellent planning, organisation and follow-through
• Experience supporting live events, including on-site execution
• The ability to influence without formal authority and hold stakeholders to agreed commitments constructively
• Sound judgement about when to resolve an issue directly and when to escalate
• Clear, concise communication and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• A proactive, practical approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Contract type and hours

Full-time consulting assignment until 2027-05-31. Start 2026-11-30.
