Are you an expert in team development and organisational effectiveness, with experience helping engineering teams become high-performing, self-organised, and accountable?

Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Group Development to support the development and maturity of multidisciplinary teams working on complex product development initiatives.

About the Role

The primary mission is to drive and facilitate group development across engineering teams involved in software, hardware, System Design, and Verification.

The assignment will use Susan Wheelan's Group Development Model as its foundation. The objective is to help teams progress through the different stages of group development towards becoming high-performing, self-organised teams.

You will focus on strengthening team collaboration, building trust, improving communication, and developing a culture where teams take full ownership of their activities and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate group development initiatives within multidisciplinary product development teams.
• Apply Susan Wheelan's Group Development Model to assess and support team maturity.
• Guide teams through the different stages of group development towards high performance.
• Strengthen collaboration between software, hardware, System Design, and Verification teams.
• Support teams in developing the ability to work independently and become self-organised.
• Encourage shared responsibility and full ownership of team activities and deliverables.
• Facilitate constructive communication, collaboration, and effective teamwork.
• Help teams identify development areas and improve their ways of working.
• Support a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.

Desired Expertise

• Strong expertise in group development and team effectiveness.
• Practical knowledge of Susan Wheelan's Group Development Model.
• Experience facilitating the development of high-performing teams.
• Understanding of multidisciplinary engineering and product development environments.
• Experience working with teams involving software and hardware development, System Design, and Verification.
• Ability to guide teams towards self-organisation, shared accountability, and ownership of deliveries.
