Bringing together strategists, creatives, designers, creators, producers and specialists, we are responsible for H&M’s global campaigns, editorial storytelling, creator marketing, organic social channels, e-commerce content, brand design and physical brand experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Organic Social Specialist, you’ll bring deep platform expertise and a strong understanding of social culture to develop H&M’s presence across your assigned social channels. You’ll turn audience insights, platform behaviours and performance learnings into clear priorities, helping us create content that feels relevant to both the platform and the communities we want to reach.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on channel development, continuously exploring how new behaviours, formats and platform features can strengthen our organic social presence.

• Implement channel strategies, roadmaps and development plans for assigned social platforms, identifying opportunities to strengthen relevance, engagement and growth.
• Lead content planning and channel prioritisation based on audience behaviours, business needs and platform opportunities.
• Translate audience insights, performance findings and channel needs into clear, actionable briefs for creative and content teams.
• Identify and test emerging formats, features, creator behaviours and cultural opportunities, building a structured approach to experimentation and applying learnings to future activity.
• Monitor channel and content performance, translating insights into practical recommendations that continuously improve our approach.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You’ll work closely with creative, content and wider marketing teams, bringing platform expertise into both planning and execution.

As a trusted specialist for your assigned platforms, you’ll help teams understand what audiences expect, how channels are evolving and what that means for the content we create.

Who you are

We are looking for people with…

• 3-5 years strong experience working with organic social media, with proven responsibility for developing and growing social channels.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms, including how platform mechanics, audience behaviours and content formats influence performance.
• Experience developing channel plans, content priorities and briefs based on audience insights and business needs.
• Confidence working with performance data and turning insights into clear recommendations and actions.
• A strong understanding of social culture, emerging behaviours, creators, trends and evolving platform features.
