Fresenius Kabi is partnering with Bondi on this important recruitment, and we are looking for a candidate with previous experience in marketing biosimilars and a strong commercial mindset, who will pave the way for successful promotion of our biosimilar portfolio in Sweden.

The role                                                                                                                                             

As Product Manager – Biopharma Sweden, you will be responsible for the marketing and commercial development of Fresenius Kabi’s biosimilar portfolio in Sweden. You will develop and execute the annual marketing plan, including brand budgets, financial forecasts and supply forecasts, and present plans and performance updates to senior management.

The role also includes contact with key accounts and key customers, for monitoring sales performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and providing commercial insights and recommendations. You will play an important role in the Swedish tender process by developing pricing proposals based on market dynamics, financial targets and transfer-price developments, while supporting the tender team with relevant market and product information.

A key part of the role is to maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, clinical practice and market developments. Through close collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders, customers and relevant industry stakeholders, you will generate insights and translate them into effective marketing strategies and commercial actions.

Experience and qualifications

• Education at university level or similar degree in relevant disciplines, such as business administration, marketing, medicine, pharmaceuticals, nursing, etc.
• Experience in marketing and launching biosimilars.
• Healthcare commercial experience.
• Good understanding of the Swedish healthcare, reimbursement, regulatory and payer environment.
• Experience/knowledge of basic finance essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written).
• Preferably living in the Stockholm/Uppsala area.

About the position

This is a fixed-term position with an initial six-month trial period, after which the employment may transition to a permanent position upon mutual agreement between the parties.
