Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB is looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Python Developer for an exciting consulting assignment within a central Continuous Integration (CI) team in the automotive industry.

Join a team responsible for transforming and optimizing CI/CD operations across a large automotive organization. You will tackle complex technical challenges, develop and improve tools and pipelines, and help development teams build, test, and deliver high-quality automotive software more efficiently.

💻 Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance CI/CD tools, pipelines, and automation using Python.

Improve development workflows, build systems, testing, and software delivery processes.

Work with monorepos and implement robust CI-for-CI practices.

Develop automated testing solutions to ensure reliable and controlled delivery of CI infrastructure changes.

Identify technical bottlenecks and implement scalable, practical solutions.

Challenge existing approaches and collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

Excellent Python development skills.

Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and pipelines.

Good understanding of Developer Experience (DevEx) and software development best practices.

Experience working with monorepos.

Knowledge of CI-for-CI concepts and automated testing.

Understanding of automotive systems and automotive software development.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

A collaborative mindset, a proactive approach, and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
