Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a leading supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to providing complete and sustainable transport solutions. Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions.

Our values – customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste – are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.

Role Summary

We are looking for an IT Business and System Analyst to join a strategic HR transformation project within People Tech Sweden. In this role, you will play a key part in the decommissioning of a core HR system and help ensure that business capabilities are successfully transitioned into future solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across HR, technology, and business functions, you will gather, analyze, and translate requirements that support Scania's future HR landscape. This is a temporary project-based role running through the end of next year.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze, map, and document current and future HR processes, workflows, and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, payroll, recruitment, and other business functions to understand needs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements, align stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
  • Support the transition from legacy HR systems by ensuring business requirements, process designs, and data dependencies are properly understood and documented.
  • Identify process gaps, ownership issues, risks, and improvement opportunities while supporting successful organizational change and adoption.

Who You Are

You are a collaborative and analytical professional who enjoys driving clarity in complex environments and turning business needs into structured processes and requirements. You thrive in transformation initiatives and are comfortable working across both business and technology domains.

We believe you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in requirements mapping, process development, process mapping, and workflow design.
  • 5+ years of HRBP experience and/or strong knowledge of HR administration and People & Culture processes from a business perspective.
  • 3+ years of experience working with HR systems, HR master data, integrations, and downstream data consumption.
  • Experience working in complex transformation programs involving both global and local stakeholders.
  • The ability to distinguish business requirements from solution design and technical implementation.
  • Strong documentation skills and experience working with process frameworks.
  • Understanding of change journey requirements and how process design supports successful adoption.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a structured, proactive, and adaptable approach to stakeholder collaboration and change.

This Is Us

You will be part of People Tech Sweden, the organization responsible for supporting local HR systems in Sweden. The role will be fully dedicated to a large-scale project focused on decommissioning one of Scania's core HR systems and enabling future solutions. You will join a project team of more than ten dedicated professionals working closely together to manage a complex transformation that impacts several HR-related processes and systems across the Swedish organization.

We offer a dynamic and engaging workplace where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. You will be part of a strong team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and close cooperation across functions.

With a structured development plan and a wide range of training opportunities, Scania supports your professional growth both locally and internationally.

Benefits include access to our health center in Gröndal or a wellness allowance, result bonus, flexible working hours, and company car leasing.
