Restaurant Manager

We are growing, opening new restaurants and developing the next generation of Taco Bell leaders. Now we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who wants to be part of that journey.

This is not a role where you sit in an office and watch the numbers.

You lead from the floor. You build your team. You own the restaurant. You drive the results.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you have overall responsibility for your restaurant's people, guests, operations and performance.

You will lead your management team and restaurant crew to deliver great food, fast service and an outstanding guest experience — while ensuring the restaurant performs against its sales, labour and operational targets.

You will:

• Lead, coach and develop your management team and restaurant crew

• Take ownership of the restaurant's daily operation and performance

• Drive sales, profitability, productivity and key restaurant KPIs

• Manage labour, staffing and schedules to match the business

• Build a strong and accountable restaurant team

• Recruit, onboard and develop new team members and Shift Leaders

• Ensure excellent food quality, service, speed and cleanliness

• Set clear expectations and follow up on performance

• Coach your team on the floor and lead by example during busy periods

• Identify opportunities to improve the restaurant and take action

• Ensure Taco Bell standards, food safety and health & safety requirements are followed

• Create a culture where people enjoy coming to work and want to develop

Who are we looking for?

You don't need to have worked for Taco Bell before.

You might currently be a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager or Shift Manager at QSR brand s or another high-volume operation.

What matters is that you know how to lead people and run a business.

You:

• Have proven leadership experience in QSR, restaurant, hospitality, retail or a similar fast-paced environment

• Understand sales, labour, productivity and restaurant KPIs

• Know how to build and develop strong teams

• Are comfortable setting expectations and holding people accountable

• Lead by example and are not afraid to get involved when the restaurant is busy

• Are commercially minded and motivated by results

• Are structured, organised and able to make decisions under pressure

• Have strong communication and people skills

• Care about the guest experience and operational standards

• Bring energy, ambition and a genuine desire to develop yourself and others
