Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architecture Lead

What You Will Work On

• Establish and support Salesforce architecture governance
• Develop architecture policies, standards and best practices
• Provide guidance on Salesforce architecture principles
• Support Program Increment planning and technical prioritization
• Develop playbooks covering requirements, design, development and deployment
• Provide strategic architectural guidance to executives and senior stakeholders
• Align Salesforce solutions with the wider enterprise architecture
• Review and advise on the overall IT architecture roadmap
• Review Salesforce solution and technical architecture
• Review technical designs against Salesforce best practices
• Advise on Salesforce product roadmap and platform capabilities
• Define and advise on integration strategies with enterprise systems
• Assess implementation tools and recommend appropriate solutions
• Support architecture optimization and technical debt reduction
• Support data governance and data quality strategies
• Review build practices and technical implementations
• Provide guidance on development troubleshooting and solution design
• Support transformation strategy, roadmaps and execution
• Establish and improve program governance and reporting
• Manage stakeholder engagement with executives, department heads and external partners
• Support scope and dependency management across the Salesforce implementation

What You Bring

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in Salesforce architecture
• Experience with enterprise architecture and large-scale transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices
• Experience with:
• Solution architecture
• Technical architecture
• Architecture governance
• Integration strategy
• Data governance
• Technical design reviews
• Architecture roadmaps
• Ability to align Salesforce solutions with broader enterprise IT architecture
• Experience advising senior executives and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of program governance, scope and dependency management
• Ability to provide strategic and technical guidance across complex implementations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
