We are looking for a flexible, positive, and caring individual to join us in a 50% Specialpedagog role.

This person should be fluent in English and confident in Swedish.

The position is 50% (part-time), as we are a small school with small class sizes, and is semestertjänst employment. We offer flexibility in how working hours are structured during the week.

Experience, knowledge, and qualifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) are essential.

The Special Pedagogue role involves supporting teachers, guardians, and the student care team with planning, implementing, and evaluating educational strategies, as well as communicating with guardians and external agencies. Experience in conducting educational investigations, supporting neurodiversity, and liaising with healthcare units that support schooling is essential.

All colleagues are expected to be fully engaged and maintain high standards of professionalism at all times.

The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting children and understand that every activity, lesson, and moment counts in a child’s life!

We seek someone warm and caring who can connect with children and make them feel enthusiastic about school and Fritids (after-school care).

Tanto International School was established in 1983 and is a fully licensed international primary school for ages 6–15, with a nursery for ages 1–6.
