WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Senior Product Manager for Search & AI Discovery, you will shape how customers find, explore and connect with our digital commerce experience — across traditional search and the next generation of AI-powered discovery. You will lead a cross-functional team focused on building strong technical foundations for discoverability while preparing the business for emerging search experiences, shopping agents and agentic commerce.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will collaborate closely with developers, an Engineering Manager, an Analyst and, when needed, a Solution Architect. Together, you will work at the intersection of technical SEO, digital commerce and emerging AI-led discovery, partnering across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content, Analytics and Commercial teams.

You will own the product strategy and roadmap for search discoverability, ensuring our digital platforms are built to be visible, scalable and high-performing across markets. This includes core technical SEO capabilities such as metadata, canonicals, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data, hreflang, URL structures, pagination, faceted navigation and Core Web Vitals.

Beyond today’s search landscape, you will help define how we show up in AI-powered search, generative discovery and shopping-agent experiences. You will monitor developments from key platforms and partners, translate external change into clear recommendations, and turn emerging opportunities into experiments, product priorities and business impact.

As the digital lead for agentic commerce, you will drive alignment, clarity and adoption across teams. You will make complex SEO and AI-search topics understandable for different audiences, from engineers and specialists to business stakeholders and senior leaders, while balancing long-term direction with practical delivery, experimentation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Search & AI Discovery.
• Lead the technical SEO roadmap across scalable digital commerce platforms.
• Improve discoverability, site performance and search-readiness across markets and customer journeys.
• Explore and shape opportunities within AI search, generative discovery and agentic commerce.
• Turn developments from Google, OpenAI and other relevant platforms into product recommendations, tests and priorities.
• Embed SEO and AI discovery considerations into relevant digital initiatives and ways of working.
• Lead and support audits, pilots, experiments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with engineering teams to translate discovery needs into clear requirements and backlog priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Analytics and Commercial teams to strengthen content readiness and customer discoverability.
• Communicate technical and strategic topics with clarity to product, business and senior leadership audiences.

WHO YOU ARE

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Experience in product management, digital commerce, SEO, search or related digital product areas.
• A solid understanding of technical SEO and its role in e-commerce growth, performance and discoverability.
• Good understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms and front-end fundamentals, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile product development setup.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify opportunities, shape priorities and evaluate impact.
• The ability to translate complex technical topics into clear recommendations and actionable product priorities.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• You are curious about the future of digital discovery and motivated by turning change into opportunity.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

This role is 12 months parental cover and position is based in Stockholm, Sweden. We are unable to provide relocation assistance or visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already have the right to work in Sweden.
