In this role, you will combine commercial understanding, analytical expertise and stakeholder collaboration to identify opportunities, evaluate business performance and support sustainable growth across our digital business. You will work closely with QCP (Quantified Commercial Plan), Marketing, Digital, Controlling and Sales Markets to translate data into insights and recommendations that strengthen commercial decision-making and execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Analyse digital and commercial performance to identify opportunities, risks and growth drivers.
• Turn strategic business questions into actionable insights and recommendations through customer, sales and behavioural analysis.
• Develop business cases and support prioritisation of initiatives and investments.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand customer behaviour and the drivers behind business performance.
• Partner with QCP to develop, maintain and evolve frameworks, tools, guidelines and best practices.
• Drive best practices, analytical frameworks and capability development for Commercial Business Analysts across Sales Markets, enabling more consistent and impactful commercial decision-making.
• Provide analytical support and insights related to post-purchase customer experience, fulfilment, returns and customer behaviour.
• Support business reviews, hindsight analyses and strategic planning through fact-based recommendations.
• Contribute to the continuous development of analytical methods, tools, technologies and ways of working within the team.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be part of the Digital Commercial Analytics team within the Digital Unit in the Commercial function, working closely with global and local commercial stakeholders, analysts, data teams and digital functions. The team’s mission is to drive digital business performance through advanced analytics, strategic insights, and business cases that enable better decision-making across H&M’s global online business.

The role reports to the Digital Commercial Manager.

WHO YOU ARE

We believe you are a highly analytical and commercially minded person who enjoys solving complex business challenges through data and insights. You can connect customer behaviour, digital performance and commercial outcomes, translating findings into recommendations that create business impact.

You are comfortable working across functions, influencing stakeholders through a fact-based approach and communicating complex topics in a clear and engaging way.

We are looking for people with:

• 5+ years of experience within business analysis, commercial analytics, business controlling, commercial planning or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of digital business, e-commerce and customer behaviour
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of commercial performance drivers, customer behaviour and digital business KPIs.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and translate insights into recommendations and actions.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools, automation and modern analytical capabilities to enhance analysis, improve ways of working and strengthen decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with analytical tools and platforms such as Power BI, Excel, BigQuery and other data analysis tools.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving business impact through insights.
