Solidum Sverige AB/Barnakademin has been providing families with high-quality childcare services since 2008. We offer creative childcare in Swedish and specialize in bilingual babysitting services.

Our Clients

We work with families who have children between 1 and 6 years old and need help with preschool or school pickups and childcare one to three afternoons per week.

Who We Are Looking For

• Part-time job seekers, ideally students with a genuine interest in childcare
• Candidates who are available at least one afternoon per week
• Responsible, creative and socially confident individuals
• Candidates who can commit to working for at least six months
• Native or fluent Finnish speakers with good English or Swedish skills

About the Position

We are currently looking for a Finnish-speaking babysitter for a family with a 1-year-old child.

The family would like the babysitter to support their daughter’s Finnish language development through creative, screen-free activities such as crafts, reading, drawing and board games. The babysitter should avoid using a mobile phone while spending time with the child.

Help is needed:

• Tuesdays from 15: 30 to 19:30
• Thursdays from 09: 00-16.00

Commitment

We focus on building stable, long-term relationships between families and babysitters. We are therefore looking for candidates who can commit for at least 6–12 months.
