About the position

Perido is looking for an HR Business Analyst to our client, an automotive company. The position is placed in Södertälje with hybrid working applied, three days on site.

Your daily tasks

In this assignment, you will contribute to the design, alignment, and implementation of project-driven changes within a transformation project. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the transformation journey:

• Gather, document, maintain, and update business requirements for the new HR solution
• Translate requirements into clear process designs, future-state processes, and workflows
• Support requirements mapping, process analysis, impact assessments, and testing activities
• Ensure requirements and process documentation is accurate, accessible, structured, and kept up to date
• Collaborate with project and change teams to support implementation readiness, rollout, and stabilization
• Support the development and update of user and administrator guides
• Support alignment of business requirements across stakeholder groups and help embed new ways of working for sustainable adoption

Qualifications:

Education & Technical Skills

• Relevant academic education or equivalent professional experience
• Experience working with business requirements and/or process development
• Understanding of HR / People & Culture processes from a business perspective
• Experience working with HR systems
• Strong documentation skills and ability to structure complex information clearly
• Fluent Swedish and English

Experience & Skills

• Experience in process development, process mapping, and workflow design
• Strong practical knowledge of Payroll and HR administration
• Understanding of People & Culture processes, particularly Payroll and time processes
• Experience working with HR and Payroll systems such as SD Worx Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time, SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, SAP Payroll, or similar solutions
• Experience working in projects and/or transformation initiatives
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into processes and workflows
• Strong documentation skills and experience maintaining structured process documentation
• Understanding of change journeys and how process design can support adoption of new systems and ways of working
• Ability to collaborate effectively across project, business, HR, and change stakeholders

Strongly meritorious (as many as possible)

• Experience in requirements mapping, process development, process mapping, and workflow design
• HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience and/or knowledge of HR administration
• Understanding of People & Culture processes from a business perspective
• Experience working with HR systems
• Experience with HR master data, integrations, and downstream data consumption
• Experience working in complex transformation programmes involving both global and local stakeholders
• Ability to distinguish business requirements from solution design and technical implementation
• Strong documentation skills and experience working with process frameworks
• Understanding of change journeys and how process design can support adoption of new systems and ways of working

Contract type and hours

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2027-12-31. Start 2026-10-19.
