About the position

Perido is looking for a Communications Specialist for our client, an automotive company. In this position, you will be in charge of leading internal communication activities, producing high-quality content that engages employees and other stakeholders, and supporting brand recognition. You will work in close connection with the Corporate Communications (CC-department) and Marketing Communications (CM-department) to ensure all communications align with the company's brand, products, and services. The position is placed in Södertälje with hybrid working according to agreement, but on site as much as possible.

Your daily tasks

In this role, you will lead and develop communication within People Transport Solutions. Your main tasks will include:

• Creating informative and interesting content, such as newsletters, articles, and presentations.
• Developing and implementing effective communication strategies within People Transport Solutions to build employee engagement, support brand awareness, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Supporting management and suggesting media opportunities to share the company's brand, products, and services.
• Preparing detailed media activity reports to share insights on what is happening within the segment.
• Collaborating with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
• Supervising projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready and responding to communication-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, journalism, public relations, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in creating targeted content and detailed reports.
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.

Contract type and hours

Full-time, consulting assignment for 3 months. Start ASAP.
