David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global fintech company that provides traders worldwide with access to a wide range of financial instruments, innovative trading tools, and professional support in a secure, regulated environment. Who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for the EU region. Position: Business Development Manager. Location: Remote/hybrid Employment type: Full-time or Contractor Remuneration: Base salary + commission DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive expansion across European markets by identifying and securing new business opportunities Acquire and onboard new clients, IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding and activation Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximise revenue growth Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities Monitor market trends and competitor activity across the EU region Collaborate closely with internal teams including retention, dealing, and marketing Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent/ native in English with good proficiency in both writing and communication. Any other European language is a plus Proven experience in business development within Forex/CFD (only) Strong existing network within European financial or trading markets Experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partner distribution channels Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and drive regional growth initiatives Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Solid understanding of trading products, platforms, and financial markets.
