French- / Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Executive – Malmö / Lund

Then this could be your next opportunity! We are currently looking for a French- and/or Spanish-speaking Customer Support Executive to join a growing company based in the Malmö / Lund area.

You will support the French and Spanish market where you help customers find the best solutions to their needs. Most customer contact takes place via email, where you will handle everything from simple queries to more complex requests. By providing excellent advice and identifying customers’ needs, you will also help to build long-term customer relationships and develop business opportunities. Together with the team, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction whilst contributing to the company’s continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding products, orders, and solutions
• Provide high-quality customer support via email

Your Profile

You have previous experience of customer support, customer service, or another customer-focused role. You have excellent written communication skills with fluency in French and/or Spanish and English. Knowledge of Swedish or additional European languages is not necessary but considered an advantage.

You are a positive and solution-oriented person who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service. You communicate confidently in writing and always strive to provide first-class support. You are curious, service minded and enjoy finding the best outcome for the customer while recognizing opportunities to create additional value. You thrive in a collaborative environment and appreciate working closely with colleagues from different countries and cultures.

About the Position

This is a full-time position with a preferred start date as soon as possible. The role is based in the Malmö / Lund area.
