Hey there! Could you be our next Leadstar?

Are you great at building relationships, hungry for winning and eager to grow in the fast-moving world of sports betting?

Join Leadstar Media and help take our portfolio of comparison sites to the top of the global rankings!

We are looking for two Account Managers, fluent in English, to join our team on-site in Stockholm. From day one, you will take ownership of existing operator accounts while developing new partnerships and commercial opportunities.

This is not a traditional cold-calling role. Success means building trusted operator relationships, understanding products such as Bettingstugan.se and MyBettingSites.com, and turning market insights into real value for our users. That’s when our team will win!

What you will do

• Manage and develop a portfolio of international iGaming operators
• Present our products and identify new commercial opportunities
• Negotiate agreements and analyse revenue and conversion performance
• Follow market developments and collaborate closely with our Website Managers to improve our products

Who we are looking for

Ideally, you bring 2–3 years of relevant experience. But if this sounds like you, we want to hear from you—whether you are experienced or just starting out. Drive, curiosity and the capacity to learn, grow and make a real impact matter most.

Regardless of experience, you communicate confidently with different personalities, cultures and levels of seniority. You can take the lead in meetings, manage several priorities and build relationships that last.

You are also:

• Self-driven, structured and comfortable taking ownership
• Curious and quick to learn about our products and markets
• Commercially minded and comfortable in working with KPI:s and performance data
• Caring and collaborative, actively creating opportunities for yourself and others to learn and grow
• Fluent in English

Experience in account management, affiliation, sports betting or working for an iGaming operator is a plus, but potential, mindset and learning ability matter just as much. A university degree and additional languages, particularly Spanish, are also valued but not required.
