Requirement Profile:

We are looking for a Software Developer with a curiosity for learning new technologies and who sees our profession as a craft. You have at least 5 years of experience, or a more senior profile, and you want to keep growing in a modern, AI driven development landscape.

We are moving into agentic AI going forward, so a real interest in this area and an ambition to drive it forward is a strong plus.

You have the ability and curiosity to work across the entire tech stack: database, devops, pipelines, BE/FE, mobile and more. You take responsibility for the whole solution rather than a specific part of it.

A university degree is required. Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems across backend and frontend

Ensure code quality, security, and long-term maintainability

Work closely with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions

Contribute to system architecture and design decisions

Act as a bridge between modern tools and sustainable engineering practices

Daily Activities:

You do consultancy assignments at our client's sites.

Develop applications using languages such as Python, Java, or C# along with modern frontend frameworks

Work across the full stack, from database design to user interfaces

Collaborate in client projects focused on delivering long-term value

Use AI tools and coding agents to enhance productivity while maintaining high standards

Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team

Qualifications and Requirements:

A university degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field

5+ years of experience or a senior background in software development

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#

Experience working across the full stack, including frontend frameworks

Understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and software engineering principles

Interest in AI-native development and modern coding tools

Quality-oriented mindset with a strong ability to evaluate code beyond what AI generates

Technically broad and comfortable working across the full development stack

Curious about new technologies, especially AI and modern development workflows
