Who you are
We believe you have a university degree together with 5 years of related experience in project management, roadmap management, or transformation management.
You also bring strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organisational levels, a deep understanding of the People & Culture (P&C) landscape, Ingka standards, and transformation methodologies.
Experience with project governance frameworks and quality assurance processes, as well as experience with the Ingka transformation guidelines and POT ways of working and able to ensure this is understood and followed up.
You can work with concrete, upfront-defined milestones and ensure decisions are based on concrete facts.
The Delivery Manager is experienced in connecting different stakeholders and interest groups together and making SMART agreements to create/ensure the conditions for success are in place for a successful start of new initiatives. The Delivery Manager understands what is crucial for success and needs to be nailed down in detail (eg roles and responsibilities and budget), and what can be resolved in and during the project. Experience maintaining a portfolio overview in a complex environment with different stakeholders.
This role will be reporting to: The Program & Services Manager.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will develop and manage a consolidated P&C delivery overview that enables strategic focus, effective resource allocation, business case, funding, roles & responsibilities, agreement on the end stage (OD/sizing) and continuous alignment with successful transformation initiatives across Ingka and in alignment with key stakeholders across the IKEA value chain.
