About TitanXTitanX Engine Cooling AB is a global supplier of heat transfer solutions for commercial vehicle manufacturers. Together with our owner, Tata AutoComp Systems, we develop and manufacture products that support the transition towards more sustainable transportation.

About the roleAs an IT Support Technician, you will be part of the Group IT team, responsible for supporting users and maintaining IT systems across the organization.

You will serve as the primary IT support contact for our Linköping site while collaborating with colleagues and users across other company locations. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies and contribute to both day-to-day operations and larger IT projects.

What you will do

• Provide IT support to end users and help resolve technical issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support Microsoft Windows environments and business applications.
• Assist with user account administration and access management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support the operation and maintenance of servers and infrastructure.
• Participate in IT projects, system implementations, and technology upgrades.
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and users to deliver effective IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Interest in IT support, infrastructure, and technology.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience from IT support, service desk, or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, virtualization, Citrix, or VMware.
• Interest in cybersecurity and modern IT infrastructure.
