Location

Our office is located in central Gothenburg, but we are also open to employees based in Stockholm, were we have a few remote employees.

The Mid-Market Growth Team is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through a combination of customer expansion and new customer acquisition across the Nordic region. The Nordic team covers Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. The team focuses on delivering predictable growth, increasing customer value, and securing new customer wins that strengthen EcoOnline's position within the mid-market segment. The vision is to become the leading growth engine within the commercial organisation by helping customers create safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplaces while achieving ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market customer accounts.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell.
• Generate and win new mid-market business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecast.
• Conduct consultative, value-based sales engagements with customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, Partners, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive growth.
• Consistently achieve revenue, retention, and activity targets.
• Group customers into a priority list consisting of Tier A, B & C Accounts.

What we're looking for:

• Proven B2B sales experience in account management, business development, or SaaS sales.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Able to take ownership of own territory and execute according to agreed plan.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
• Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM systems.
• Commercially minded, results-oriented, and highly motivated.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the Swedish mid-market landscape.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger or similar sales methodologies.
