Nordic Investin has been engaged by a partner company to find a Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform Developer. You want to build enterprise AI and automation that survives contact with real processes, permissions and data.

The partner is introducing intelligent agents and low code solutions across internal workflows. You will design Copilot Studio agents, Power Apps and Power Automate flows that integrate safely with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems.

The platform is treated as a service used by engineers and business teams. Success will be measured through safer change, lower operational friction and clearer ownership rather than the number of tools introduced.

The work combines planned platform development with investigation of real production behaviour. You will collaborate with application teams, security and operations, using their feedback to decide what should become a shared service, an automated control or clear documentation. Ownership continues after the first release.

You will receive meaningful ownership while working with senior colleagues on the most consequential decisions. The partner expects you to deliver independently within a clear area, ask for context early and contribute ideas grounded in what you observe. There is room to deepen your specialism or broaden toward adjacent responsibilities.

• Develop and operate Copilot Studio agents for business processes.

• Build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

• Model data and permissions in Dataverse.

• Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, APIs and Azure services.

• Apply environment, lifecycle and governance standards.

• Work with users to test behaviour and improve adoption.

• Hands on Power Platform solution delivery.

• Experience with Copilot Studio or conversational agent development.

• Good understanding of Dataverse security and solution management.

• Ability to build connectors and API integrations.

• Awareness of data protection, identity and enterprise governance.

• Professional English; Swedish is valuable for user facing work.

• Azure Functions or custom connector development.

• Microsoft 365 administration or SharePoint development.

• Experience moving prototypes into governed production use.

You may come from software development, business applications, automation or technical consulting. The right person combines process curiosity with enough engineering depth to recognise when low code needs a coded extension.

You will work close to users and see solutions adopted quickly. The partner offers a growing platform, visible use cases and the opportunity to set patterns before the organisation scales its agent portfolio.

The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time.

During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional technology if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap.
