Arbetsbeskrivning

Do you love creating order, working with fashion products, and supporting a creative team behind the scenes?

We're looking for a hands-on and service-minded Product Coordinator to join our Photo Studio team at & Other Stories. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the flow of samples through the studio, from receiving and unpacking products to ensuring garments are prepared and ready for production. You'll also support our stylists with practical preparations that help photo shoots run smoothly.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with fashion products, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating structure, maintaining order, and supporting others.

If you have a background in retail or fashion and enjoy combining practical work with supporting others, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What you will do:

  • Receive, unpack, register, and organize all incoming product samples, ensuring they are accurately processed and ready for use across studio productions.
  • Manage the daily flow of samples in and out of the studio, maintaining a structured and efficient sample handling process.
  • Prepare garments and products for photo shoots by organizing, steaming, and ensuring they are shoot-ready.
  • Support stylists before, during, and after productions with sample handling and practical shoot preparations.
  • Track, order, borrow, and return samples to ensure products are available when needed.
  • Maintain an organized wardrobe and studio sample area that enables efficient daily operations.
  • Contribute to a smooth and welcoming studio environment by supporting day-to-day studio activities.

Who you'll work with:

You will be part of our Photo Studio team, collaborating closely with photographers, stylists, retouchers, and studio coordinators. You will also work with assortment teams, PR, office support functions, and warehouse partners to ensure a smooth flow of products and successful studio productions.

Qualifications

  • Experience from retail, fashion, visual merchandising, customer service, or a similar hands-on environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing products and priorities.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Behaviours based on our values

  • Delivery & Execution: Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines. You should also be able to demonstrate resilience under pressure.
  • Problem Solving & Judgment: Ability to analyse issues logically, use data and evidence to guide decisions and anticipate and address issues before they arise.
  • Communication: Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, keeping stakeholders informed and updated.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work constructively with colleagues, share knowledge and support teammates. You should also be open-minded and accept feedback professionally.
  • Adaptable & Curious: You are comfortable adjusting to changing priorities, learning new tools and processes quickly, and continuously looking for ways to improve.
