We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our commercial team in a newly created role.
The role are built around two connected goals: growing repeat revenue from CELLINK's existing customer base through consumables, bioinks, and service/warranty contracts, and supporting pipeline generation for new instrument sales.
You will work with close functional coordination with the Sales team, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Management.

Responsibilities
- Install Base & Recurring Revenue Growth. Support the development of a structured install base and devise a go to market plan to drive consumable and bioink revenue.
- Own recurring revenue performance — consumables, bioinks, and service/warranty contracts.
- Proactively drive renewals ahead of contract and warranty expiration and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build ongoing account engagement cadences (calls, business reviews, check-ins) that keep CELLINK front-of-mind between instrument purchases.
- Account Segmentation & Prioritization.
Segment and prioritize the account base using usage data, purchase history, contract/renewal dates, and account growth potential.
- Pipeline Generation Support for Instrument Sales.
Support broader pipeline generation activity — outbound outreach, campaign follow-up, lead qualification — in partnership with Marketing and Sales.
- Data & CRM Ownership.
Maintain accurate, current account and opportunity data in the CRM to support forecasting and reporting.
- Cross-functional Collaboration.
Act as the connective link between Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and Finance for anything touching an existing account's ongoing relationship with CELLINK.
- KPI & Performance Reporting.
Establish and track a KPI framework for the role: renewal rate, consumables/bioink revenue growth, share of wallet, pipeline sourced/supported for instrument sales, and account health.
- Self-Directed Territory Management.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy: build, execute, and adjust an account plan without requiring day-to-day direction.
Requirements
Qualifications and work experience
- Relevant education or experience in account management, customer success, inside sales, or a related commercial role, ideally within medtech, life sciences, laboratory equipment, or another capital-equipment/consumables business model or education within the
- Experience supporting or partnering with a capital equipment/instrument sales team, with an understanding of how account growth and new-logo pipeline connect.
Knowledge and skills
- Comfortable working with data and CRM systems to prioritize accounts and make decisions; able to build simple account-scoring or segmentation logic.
- Life sciences, bioprinting, or laboratory research background a plus, but not required.
- Professional proficiency in English
Personal competencies/soft skills
- Highly self-sufficient — able to build a plan and operate independently, with good judgment on when to escalate, in a still-maturing, newly formed team.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, comfortable owning a portfolio of accounts end-to-end.
