As a Product Lead for the Application Team you will lead a highly autonomous cross-functional software team responsible for delivering a high quality user experience for both the existing operator support product and upcoming products. You will continuously learn about what challenges face forest machine operators in their daily work, and guide the team in inventing new ways of addressing them using NFA perception technology.
We build a technically advanced product with strong emphasis on software. Therefore we think an engineering, software or UX design background is beneficial for the role. The role requires an organized and user focused mindset and a genuine interest in improving the work environment of forest machine operators.

Candidate
Preferably you have some experience with similar roles in software development like Product Manager or Product Owner and have a good understanding of how to build the software application that the operators want - even if they don’t know themselves. You are comfortable with leading a team and creating a transparent work culture - including the engineers in design decisions and learnings.
It is beneficial if you have some education or experience with UX/UI design and know how to set up user evaluations and experiments to understand the operator’s needs.
