Our client is a global technology company within power transmission and electrification. The organization designs, builds, and upgrades high-voltage transmission installations that move electricity across regions and countries, and its technology is a key enabler of the ongoing energy transition. The site in Ludvika is one of the company's main engineering centres in Sweden, with a large international engineering community and a strong technical tradition.
About HVDC Service
The HVDC Service organisation works with upgrades, service and warranty support for HVDC installations already in operation around the world. Since these installations have a lifespan of around many years and are upgraded regularly, this is a long, ongoing pipeline of brownfield engineering work. The organisation is now expanding significantly, and we're looking for several engineers who want to be part of that journey long-term.
What we're looking for
Across all areas below, we are looking for experienced engineers with several years of relevant industry experience. Experience within high voltage power systems or HVDC is important and highly meritorius.
We are looking for engineers within several different areas and the descriptions are meant to give you a sense of each team and the type of background that tends to fit – not to draw hard lines between them.
By submitting your application, you're registering your interest in talking further about the different opportunities with our client. This is proactive, ongoing recruitment work across several technical areas, and together, through dialogue, we'll land on the role where you, your experience and competencies will fit best.
