About the role

As Hilding Anders continues its transformation, the Chief Commercial Officer will be one of the most important executive appointments in the company's next phase of growth. The Group already has strong local commercial capabilities; the ambition now is to build a unified Group Commercial function that brings these strengths together behind one common commercial strategy.

The CCO will lead this transition — from a collection of successful local businesses to one integrated commercial organization with shared priorities, governance, portfolio management, pricing discipline, innovation processes and channel strategy.

• Build and lead commercial organizations across multiple markets
• Create and execute a unified commercial strategy
• Align diverse teams behind common priorities
• Establish commercial governance and performance disciplines
• Drive excellence in pricing, portfolio management and innovation
• Accelerate omnichannel growth across retail, key accounts, digital and DTC
• Develop strategic partnerships and new routes to market
• Build leadership capability and high-performing commercial teams
• Deliver measurable value creation in demanding, resource-constrained environments

What we are looking for

We are looking for a commercial leader with a proven track record of building and scaling multi-market commercial organizations, rather than experience limited to a single country, business unit or competitor context. Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong strategic, organizational and change-leadership capabilities, along with a hands-on approach to execution.
