Assignment Description
We are looking for a mid-to-senior UX Designer
What You Will Work On
- Own the UX responsibility within a cross-functional development team
- Work closely with the Product Owner on prioritisation and problem definition
- Conduct user interviews, observations and usability testing
- Perform continuous discovery and translate findings into actionable insights
- Use Opportunity Solution Trees and other discovery methods
- Design user flows, interaction concepts, wireframes and prototypes
- Create and test clickable prototypes using Figma
- Work within an established design system
- Contribute new patterns and improvements to the design system
- Participate in design critiques across multiple teams
- Balance individual team needs with the overall platform experience
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Analyse behavioural data using tools such as Hotjar
- Validate designs with real users
- Collaborate closely with developers throughout implementation
- Explain and align design decisions with PO, developers and business stakeholders
- Use AI tools as part of the daily design workflow
- Explore AI-driven ways to improve design quality and delivery speed
- Support the organisation's transition toward AI-first and data-driven design
What You Bring
- Several years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably mid-to-senior level
- Experience independently owning UX within a development team
- Strong understanding of the complete UX process
- Experience with problem discovery, user research, concept development, interaction design and validation
- Strong experience collaborating with Product Owners and developers
- Experience designing complex digital products with multiple features and use cases
- Experience with internal tools or B2B applications
- Very strong Figma skills
- Experience working with established design systems
- Strong prototyping skills
- Practical experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
- Experience with interviews and usability testing
- Experience using behavioural data to support design decisions
- Experience with AI tools in daily design work
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain and defend design decisions to technical and business stakeholders
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Based in the Stockholm area
- Able to work hybrid with 2–3 days per week in Solna
