You are a few years into your career and have discovered that improving how organisations work is something you are genuinely good at. You enjoy the space where quality, sustainability, communication and change come together, and you are ready to take on broader responsibility in an international setting. You bring what you already know, learn what you do not, and see AI as a natural part of getting work done. Here, your curiosity will have real reach.
About the roleThe company behind this role is a global high tech group developing advanced production solutions for the electronics industry. Its technology is used in demanding manufacturing environments where precision, quality and continuous improvement matter.

The division brings together several businesses with different histories, needs and ways of working. Your role is to help them develop in a shared direction while turning divisional initiatives into practical and lasting improvements.
Reporting directly to the Head of Division, you will work closely with the division management team. You will be in regular contact with business leaders, production managers, sales leaders and other functional heads across the international organisation. You will also collaborate with corporate specialists within areas such as quality, sustainability and compliance.
The role includes travel to international operations, amounting to up to approximately 15 percent of your working time.
Your focus areasYour role is to implement, drive and follow up on programmes across several divisional areas. You will develop processes, introduce new ways of working and build structures that make progress visible and easier to act on.
Your work will include:
The role also touches on product compliance, trade compliance, document control and other shared regulatory requirements.
The scope is broad by design. You are not expected to be an expert in every area from day one. What matters is that you bring a solid foundation in quality improvement and organisational change, along with the curiosity and drive to keep learning.
We are looking for someone whoExperience from industrial operations, manufacturing, quality management systems or an international organisation is an advantage.
You are curious, driven and comfortable taking initiative. You enjoy stepping into new areas, making sense of complex information and following an idea all the way through to real change.
Building trust comes naturally to you, and you know how to adapt your communication between senior leaders, specialists and local teams. You can challenge with tact, keep momentum when priorities compete and bring people with you even when you do not have formal authority.
You keep track of the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. You are also keen to test new tools, rethink familiar routines and find smarter ways to move the work forward.
