We are looking for a Senior Industrial Cooperation and Offset Specialist who will play a central role in leading and providing insights into our complex and multifaceted projects. You will work across multiple country cultures and provide guidance to the company management on strategic decisions through your deep professional knowledge and business acumen.

Your responsibilities:

• Providing proficient leadership and input on complex and/ or multiple Industrial Cooperation and/ or Offset projects.
• You will draw on your creativity and judgment to design, plan, and deliver Industrial Cooperation and/or Offset projects effectively.
• Providing governance, guidance and mentoring for creation of Industrial Cooperation and/or Offset programmes/ projects, strategies, principles, business set-ups and negotiations.

This position requires sophisticated skills, along with detailed knowledge of both the companys business, technologies, business models, operations and customer/ government purchasing processes.

You have:

• Proven expertise in Industrial Cooperation and Offset projects.
• Extensive experience in leading complex projects across multiple cultures.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Great knowledge in both Swedish and English.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
