Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master
What You Will Work On
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across two squads
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Prepare and facilitate PI Planning
- Support SAFe and ART-level ceremonies
- Remove team impediments and escalate issues when required
- Coach teams in Agile and Scrum practices
- Drive continuous improvement and agile maturity
- Analyse team metrics and delivery insights
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies
- Gather and clarify configuration-related requirements
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable developer input
- Maintain visibility of the configuration backlog
- Communicate priorities and timelines to stakeholders
- Work closely with the Product Owner and development teams
- Support production-related activities and incident management
- Adapt priorities and communication in a changing environment
What You Bring
- Several years of hands-on Scrum Master experience
- Experience working with software development teams
- Strong experience with SAFe, PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies
- Experience driving agile maturity and continuous improvement
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Experience with requirements elicitation
- Ability to translate business needs into clear developer requirements
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Basic understanding of databases, data structures and queries
- Good understanding of modern software development
- Understanding of cloud-based services and development lifecycles
- Experience with production support and incident management
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with changing priorities and incomplete information
- Curious and willing to build knowledge across complex service landscapes
